Yardbird Patio takes great pride in our outdoor furniture and we strive to bring you the best quality at the best price. We guarantee our product to be free of any manufacturing flaws in workmanship and materials. Ultimately, we will work hard to assure you’re happy with your Yardbird purchase. The warranty periods are based on the purchase date and offered exclusively to the original owner.

Premium Warranty

Frame (Aluminum) – 5 Years

Aluminum frames are warranted against structural failure resulting from normal usage within five (5) years of the original purchase date. NOTE: Failure caused by abuse or an “act of nature” is not covered.

Fabric (Sunbrella®) – 5 Years

The Sunbrella® fabrics used on our furniture and cushions are warranted for five (5) years against fading or discoloration. Fading or discoloration due to chemicals or harsh cleaning products is not covered.

Standard Warranty

Frame (Steel) – 3 Years

Steel frames are warranted against structural failure resulting from normal usage within three (3) years of the original purchase date. NOTE: Failure caused by abuse or an “act of nature” is not covered.

Fabric (Olefin) – 1 Year

The Olefin fabrics used on our furniture and cushions are warranted for one (1) year against fading or discoloration. Fading or discoloration due to chemicals or harsh cleaning products is not covered.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

- Normal wear and tear or issues arising from unreasonable, unanticipated or abusive use.

- Failure caused by lack of appropriate care/maintenance.

- Damage caused by external sources (i.e. animals, salt water, harsh chemicals, knives or acts of nature).

- Flattening or compression of cushions.

- Glass table tops

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please supply Yardbird with a dated proof of purchase (receipt), photograph(s) and a written description of the product issue. Yardbird will repair or replace the problem component at the manufacturer’s discretion. If replacement is required and the original color/style is discontinued or unavailable, we will replace it with a similar color/style of equal or greater value.  The original owner will be responsible for all shipping charges related to warranty claims.
