Yardbird Furniture Returns / Exchanges
At Yardbird Furniture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. We want every customer to be 100% pleased with their purchase and enjoy their Yardbird furniture for years to come!
Yardbird carefully inspects all items before leaving our distribution center. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the product and we will work with you to replace the damaged product.
Similary, if for any reason, within that 7 day window you are not satisfied with your purchase of a inventoried product, we will offer an exchange, credit or refund, subject to terms below.
Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or accept “like new” merchandise for a one-time reselection or return for refund.
Merchandise not in “like new” condition will not be accepted for return or refund. Some conditions that will prevent an item from being returned include, but are not limited to: scratches, dents, stains, odors, etc.
Appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and for any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee (returns from transit damage or manufacturing defect are exempt from these fees). If buyer is capable of dropping off return merchandise directly to our distribution center, the return shipping fees are waived.
We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or accept “like new” merchandise for a one-time reselection or return for full refund (less original delivery fee).
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days for all orders eligible for return. Orders will be refunded in the original form of tender. NOTE: Cash payments will be refunded by check.

Yardbird will accept cancellations if notified within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours but before delivery, orders can be cancelled after a 30% cancellation fee is paid.
