Where can I purchase Yardbird furniture?

Yardbird Furniture can be purchased online at, over the phone at 877-927-2846, and at our showroom located at 6501 Cambridge St., St. Louis Park, MN 55426. Currently, our showroom is open by appointment only. Please call us to schedule an appointment to view our current selection of outdoor furniture.

Who is Yardbird Furniture?

We are outdoor living enthusiasts from Minnesota with a passion for quality and well-designed patio furniture.  We have spent a lot of our time understanding the industry and want to bring you the best outdoor furniture in the world


Can I leave my furniture outside?

Yes! Our products are designed to thrive in the outdoor environment. That being said, we highly recommend regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure your set lasts for many, many years.

How do I clean my cushions?

For Sunbrella fabrics, refer to the following cleaning guide:

  1. Remove covers from furniture
  2. With some of our cushions this will not be possible. If this is the case, proceed with the following instructions with the cover on. Our quick dry foam will allow the cushions to air out quickly!
    1. Brush off as much dirt as you can.
      1. If you have a small vacuum handy, it can be a great help with removing loose dirt
      2. Mix together a cleaning solution using a mild soap and lukewarm water
      3. Dampen a sponge in the solution
      4. Gently clean the fabric with the dampened sponge
        1. Use a soft bristle brush to get out any tough stains that don’t easily come out
        2. Rinse until all soap residue is removed
        3. Air Dry: For removed cushion covers, hang them up. This will speed up the drying process.

How do I winterize my furniture?

Your Yardbird Furniture set is designed to withstand the elements. However, the ice, snow, and blistering cold brought by the winter months can have a drastic effect on the longevity of your set. With that in mind, we highly recommend that you prepare your furniture for the winter months.

If space provides, it’s ideal to move your furniture into a sheltered location such as your garage, shed, or basement. Unfortunately, few people have the luxury of extra space for a bulky item like furniture.

If your set must remain outdoors, follow these steps to protect your furniture from the elements:

  1. Clean all furniture
  2. Consolidate pieces into the smallest possible space
  3. Remove cushions and store indoors
  4. Cover furniture


What is the shipping cost?

Local delivery/setup in the Greater Twin Cities area is available for $199. If you live outside this zone, you can receive a shipping quote by entering your zip code during the checkout process on our website.

Where will my order ship from?

Orders will ship from our warehouse, located at 5017 Boone Ave. N., Ste 200, New Hope, MN 55428

Will the delivery man leave my order on the porch when it’s delivered?

Delivery is strictly to the curb.

Do I have to wait at my home all day for delivery?

You will receive a call the day before delivery to schedule a 2-3 hour delivery window. Signature is required upon receipt of goods.

I won’t be available to accept my delivery as scheduled. What do I do?

Contact the delivery driver who reached out to schedule the delivery ASAP and re-schedule for a better time.

What if my product is damaged on pickup or delivery?

It is your responsibility to inspect packages at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged, please note damage on the delivery slip that you will be asked to sign to accept the package. Please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation. If possible, please take photos of the damage and email them to us. Photo evidence is extremely helpful in expediting the resolution process.


How do I change my account information?

Account information can be edited by accessing “My Account”

What do I do if I can’t remember my password?

On the Log-In screen, click the link titled, “Forgot Your Password?” This will redirect you to a form where you can enter your email address. A link will be promptly sent to your email to reset your password.

When I log out, will I lose all items in my cart?

No! All of your desired items will remain in your cart so you can pick up right where you left off!


How do I contact Yardbird if I have questions or concerns about the checkout process or an order I’ve placed?

What methods of payment does Yardbird accept online?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards are all acceptable forms of payment.

What methods of payment does Yardbird accept in the showroom?

Yardbird accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, in addition to cash and check payment.

How do I cancel my order?

Yardbird will accept order cancellations if notified within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, but before delivery, orders can be cancelled after a 30% cancellation is paid. View Returns & Exchange Policy Here >

Do you charge sales tax?

There is only tax on your order if you are having the product delivered within the state of Minnesota.  Because of current tax laws, we only need to charge tax to people who buy in Minnesota.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the placement of your order. Keep in mind that this charge may occur a week or two before the product ships. We charge upfront because many orders require custom options that necessitate payment at the time of order.


What is the dimension of a specific product?

Dimensions for each individual product can be found on their respective product pages. Listings for “sets” include dimensions for each included item in a photo diagram.

What is resin wicker?

Resin wicker is just like it sounds – plastic wicker.  Resin wicker is a new material that was invented in the early 2000’s to look similar to traditional wicker, but last a lot longer.

How do I sign up for Yardbird’s newsletter?

Signing up for our newsletter is easy! Simply create an account and check the box reading “Sign up for newsletter.” If you forgot to do this during the account creation process, you can sign up later by accessing your account settings in “My Account.”

How do I unsubscribe from Yardbird’s email list?

To unsubscribe from Yardbird’s email list, follow these easy steps:

  1. Access “My Account” on top of screen.
  2. Click “Edit” next to the “Newsletters” heading
  3. Uncheck box reading “General Subscription”
